The etching process used to sandblast is a low pressure, low impact system that produces life-like shading effects, as well 3 dimensional carving on larger scale pieces. The majority of our etchings are completed using a stenciling process. We’ve also recently started to explore the possibilities of laser etching to achieve the finer details on small scale work. All large scale pieces are completed by hand. We believe in this type of approach to achieve a more elegant and natural look.
